Not that i desperately want to read David Brooks, Thomas Friedman, or John Tierney, but Times Select is an extraordinarily dumb idea. Why would a paer want fewer people to read it?

    No kidding, I'm enraged. I don't know how I'll live without my Frank Rich fix. Shame on the Times for being so damn stingy.
