The Chicago Maroon reports on the Columbia GSEU Strike. A University of Chiocago administrator dismisses the possibility of a union drive at Chicago, but at least one students is voicing a difference of opinion from Dean Steven Klass's assertion that Chicago need have nothing to worry about:

The history grad students seemed to be on the verge of an organizing drive--mostly over healthcare issues, in fact--when I was at U of C last month. It was a pretty remarkable conversation, actually, beginning with prospective students' questions about funding imbalances and progressing to near-revolt within about 15 minutes.
