Well, that email we were all expecting from the administration yesterday came as expected. (Although for some reason, i never got it. Maybe this means they're gonna kick me out!)

John Beckman, NYU's spokesperson, has been arguing for weeks that there was no "disruption." Now we have the administration scrambling to find ridiculously insufficient solutions which don't address the real problems at all for a disruption which Beckman will no doubt continue to claim doesn't exist. His words are ringing increasingly hollow. This strike is having a huge effect and everyone knows it. And if Beckman doesn't start changing his tune, he's going to start making Vin "What Strike?" Petrini look good by comparison.
