Two good things happened today.

The first was the snow flurries that fell on me as I began my walk to campus. Not really a lot of snow, but enough to make me happy. I love snow.

The second was a meeting I went to briefly this evening at which the undergrads once again made me feel like this place just might be salvageable again. Which is good because other factors were making things feel rather hopeless.
