Harry and The Potters are an indie rock band who sing songs about, well, Harry Potter. Check them out. Of the songs up on the myspace site, the ones about Order of The Phoenix stuff (that would be "Stick it to Dolores" and "The Human Hosepipe") work the best, slyly capturing the book's adolescent hormonal rage and bewilderment. The other songs, about the basilisk paralysis epidemic, and being alone over christmas. are pretty good too, but the lyrical content of the aforementioned two pegs down the wizarding world's teen age riot moment better than "wizard chess" communicates the loneliness of preadolescent marginality or "Save Ginny Weasley" conveys the frenzied eruption of childhood catastrophe. There are some more songs here.
