While we (and by we, i mean Josh and Phoebe,) are enumerating the deeds of Rowland-style governance, we should add to the list illegal strikebreaking against nursing home workers, protesting against which during the summer of 2001 many Connecticut residents, including one UOC founder, were arrested.
