Claiming that the RNC arrests were about civility is about as ridiculous as claiming that academic unions are bad because they make universities more corporate. Both display a complete lack of knowledge, research and critical inquiry. I have come to expect this from hostile college newspapers, but the New York Times, particularly in a peice which is ostensibly objectove news reporting, is supposed to be better than this.
